This is a repair that many mechanics can typically complete within a few days, yet weeks passed without my vehicle being returned. During that time, I received several different explanations regarding the delay. At one point, I was told the transmission had been installed. Later, I was told there was a module issue, followed by a sensor issue. Eventually, I was told that a transmission for a 2018 Dodge Journey had been purchased instead of the correct transmission for my 2016 vehicle. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend getting a detailed written estimate and clear agreement before leaving your vehicle or making payment, and waiting until repairs are completed and verified before making final payment. This has been the worst experience I have ever had with a mechanic. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this business.

Price was fair, guys were on site when they said they were going to be to diagnose. Parts ordered same day and next day guys were out to do valve cover and brakes. Finished job quick, no hassles and well done. I would highly recommend Jose and his guys. Will be using them more in the future!

Extremely satisfied with their services — I utilize them for all my pre purchase inspections. I am not car mechanic, but they make the inspections super simple and easy to understand. I just need a simple “yes good to buy” or “no, not worth buying” and they come through every single time. Payment is super fair and easy, they fit me into their schedule so readily, just a PLEASURE to work with. Would recommend to anyone and everyone!

I’m so very happy with Debrick mobile mechanics. They are very professional, efficient, competent and kind, and friendly, They came to the dealership where I was considering buying a vehicle. They fit me in and accommodated my tight time schedule. In a short amount of time they were able to determine the condition of the vehicle so I could move forward with the purchase, knowing what I should negotiate for in the final price. I had to get my fuel tank switched out. Great communication because we had to wait on a part and the guys that came out and did it they did it fast and they did a great job my car is running great thank you so much guys. Another great thing about them they came to my house and did it I didn't have to go to the shop and wait.. I definitely recommend this company

We called these guys to come out and look at a couple of Corvettes that had not been started in about 3 years. Rick gave us a complete rundown on what was needed for both cars and got them both up and running quickly. Awesome group of guys. Great communication, fair prices and honest work. Thank you Rick!

I would like to recognize Debrick Mobile Mechanic who came out to inspect vehicles for me. Rick/Team was extremely thorough and professional throughout the entire process. What stood out most, however, was his level of customer service — it far exceeded my expectations. He went above and beyond to provide detailed feedback and follow up after the inspection. In my experience, it’s not common for companies to follow up unless it directly benefits them, so I truly appreciated the extra effort and transparency he demonstrated. Absolutely hands down best mobile mechanic I have ever had the pleasure of working with. If I could give them 50,000 stars I would . They are not trying to overcharge. Honest and prices are a fraction of what everyone else charges. Way more care than most mechanics as well and will explain everything to you. As a female it’s super hard to find mechanics that won’t take advantage of you with the diagnostics and fixing of a low oil pressure issue I just had where they could have very easily talked me into changing the pump before necessary, I will NEVER take my cars anywhere else. If you’re looking for a mechanic look no further.
